May 15, 2019  Audacity does not support iLok. Therefore, it is not possible to run Autotune plug-in in Audacity. ILok is a 'security' (digital rights management) device that prevents plug-ins that are iLok protected from running on computers that are not authorised. You can't run the authorisation with Audacity because Audacity does not support it. Feb 13, 2020 Make sure that GSnap was installed. Click the Effect tab, then scroll down until you see GSnap near the bottom of the menu. If you see GSnap, you're all set to proceed with auto-tuning your vocals in Audacity. GSnap have two modes, Fixed mode (snap to selected notes) and MIDI mode (snap to MIDI). Note: GSnap is not a software program, but rather a specific effect that can be added to Audacity in order to make the process of auto-tuning songs easier. Before using it, make sure that Audacity can find it. You can do this by exporting the GSnap zip file that you downloaded by right clicking on it, and then choose Export Zip.
